ZOOM CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Full Body Conditioning

The class is designed to master the 6 functional movement patterns to take you from beginner to pro; squat, bend, lunge, push/pull and core. Practicing these six movements is crucial for developing efficiency and control in the body. These movements are considered functional as they most closely represent the movements needed for living a full, pain free, life. 

​The class is 50 minutes at an athletic pace. All levels welcome. 
Abs and Arms

This express class is designed to build a rock solid core and a strong mobile upper body; often two overlooked areas. Get a quick sweat on to finish your day strong! This class uses dumbbells and bodyweight though it can be modified for no weights.

​The class is 35 minutes at an athletic pace. All levels welcome. 
Ready Body

This restorative paced class focuses on activating and releasing key muscle groups to increase mobility and eliminate pain and restriction in the body. Low effort movement patterns with an emphasis on the quality of movement will organize the nervous system and bring fresh blood flow to stuck areas in the body.  Boost your performance with techniques to address musculoskeletal problems at your own pace. Prepare the body to be "ready" for anything. 

​The class is 60 minutes at a restorative pace. All levels welcome. ​
